As a general practitioner, I have engaged with people of all ages, addressing a wide range of physical and psychological issues. Over 15 years ago, my therapeutic journey led me to focus on the intricacies of the human psyche and soul, specializing in hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I am dedicated to facilitating Life Between Lives® (LBL) sessions and practicing hypnotherapy. I firmly believe in the innate brilliance and potential present in every individual. I acknowledge the profound importance of inner wisdom, self-healing, and personal responsibility that lie within my clients themselves. Helping people reconnect with their true selves, establish a connection with their higher selves, and nurture their souls is my primary purpose in this incarnation. I am a licensed counselor, therapist/certified clinical hypnotherapist in private practice for over twenty-five years. My focus has been treating anxiety, depression, relationships and the underlying trauma causations. I employ a holistic and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral model along with trauma modalities such as EMDR, HMR and hypnotherapy. I have found that including Past Life regression and Life-between-Lives can offer such benefit by expanding consciousness to give one not a bigger picture but a deeper connection with one's Higher Self. the healing of trauma then becomes a catapult to spiritual awakening, becoming more conscious on one's spiritual path.
