I obtained my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy through Alpha Hypnosis Training, New Zealand in 2008. I had additional training to become a Certified Past Life Regression Therapist trained by the Holistic Healing Centre, New York. Following these qualifications, I have become a Certified Life Between Lives ™ Therapist trained by The Michael Newton Institute ™, California.

I took my qualifing LBL training with Michael Newton and his teaching team in Bedford in March 2006. I have been in private practice as a Transpersonal Regression Therapist since 2002. For me, LBL work is deep heart-centred work, activating the Delphic command: "Know Thyself". Reconnecting with our Immortal Selves so that we can let go of self-doubt, shame and blame, retrieve our sense of purpose and direction and return to our current lives with self-compassion, clarity of understanding and enthusiasm for what lies ahead, is to tread the sacred path.

I have 22 years of experience as a Board Certified Past Life Therapist (International Board for Regression Therapy) and have been a Certified Life Between Lives Therapist (Newton Institute) for 20 years. My passion is connecting people to their own higher states of consciousness and inner wisdom in order to heal emotional issues and/or gain clear direction in life. After completing my degree, I traveled to three countries and throughout the United States to learn from the leaders in hypnotherapy and past life regression. In my practice, I apply many diverse, effective methods of hypnotherapy, depending on my client's needs. The main type of sessions I do are past life regression, life-between-lives hypnotherapy, and present life healing of trauma and limiting beliefs.

Elizabeth is engaged in Spiritual Enlightenment, Life Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Education for many years, and have been exposed to countless people and events in life. It is sad to see many people has made inappropriate choices and missed opportunities in life because of the lack of self-awareness and life direction. I am a Reiki master/teacher, a conduit for Universal Life Force Energy, which helps to move and dissolve stuck energies, and facilitates relaxation, restoration, balance, and healing during sessions. I offer elements of sound therapy, aromatherapy, and crystal/mineral therapy as guided. I hold an MS in clinical mental health counseling from University of Southern Maine and am a National Certified Counselor (NBCC).
