I am a Master Hypnotherapist in practice for over twenty years, a certified teacher of Awakening Your Light Body meditation and have been a practitioner for over thirty years. I am the author three books; Full Tilt Living, The ABC's of Full Tilt Living, and Clearings: Helping Lost Souls Find The Way Home. I have over thirty years experience working in traditional mental health and have found that the core of most issues is usually hidden from the conscious mind. Hypnosis accesses your divine spirit and gives you the answers you need. I have a varied spiritual background and welcome all spiritual paths. Opening new doors to the soul allows you to grow in ways unimaginable.

I feel most grateful to be able to facilitate this work and witness the transformation that happens during a session. As a body-oriented psychotherapist, what I love about this work, is that the experience of LBL is felt in the body. Contrary to receiving information from an external source, the work comes from your own superconscious. As such, it has the power to re-organize your internal belief system. With my training in somatic psychotherapy, EMDR, creative art modalities, and spiritual studies, I am able to help you bridge and integrate experiences from the LBL.
