Hello I believe these are special times of change on Earth that many of us have been we've been working towards for many lives. Increasingly many of us are feeling an inner awakening: That we are eternal 'Spiritual Beings of Light' in another vessel/body rather than simple humans, with a soul. Thus my task is to assist my clients to continue that awakening. I've learnt that Past Life Regression [PLR] & Life Between Lives [LBL] sessions are often a gateway to communicate with our Guides. So I have a technique that, usually, puts us in contact with our Guides during our first PLR; to discuss your plan for this life's mission. It's a chance for my clients to realise latent gifts carried forward from previous lives: Strengths that our Guides now want us to be aware of. This awakening, of our true nature, can awaken an overview, and empower confidence in ourselves, & help us overcome our old human limitations. Then the subsequent LBL session is often richer/deeper/better.

Experiencing a Life Between Lives session is life-changing and I am honored for you to consider having this momentous session with me! I excel at creating a safe space that remains playful, and I love providing the assistance which allows you to comfortably access your deepest inner knowledge. If you choose, after your LBL session we can continue our work together using Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine to integrate and activate the insights found within your Life Between Lives journey. The fee for a Past Life Regression Session with me is $350 and a Life Between Lives Session is $550.

My transpersonal, client-centered practice focuses on assisting you to reconnect to your own higher wisdom, to release trauma and unwanted patterns of behavior, to experience inner growth and healing, and to come back to thriving in your life, not just surviving. I have been certified in Past Life Regression therapy since 2009, and I trained with The Newton Institute in 2011. I truly love this work and the joy I experience every time another client has that "aha" breakthrough that allows them to move forward with confidence and a new-found sense of purpose.

It is a joy to do this work. I have served The Newton Institute as Board Member, Conference Presenter and LBL Instructor. Since the 1970s I have trained in traditional and alternative methods of healing, always looking to the deeper questions of life. What is important? What is lasting? What brings true empowerment? I find that LBL offers profound guidance and healing. In these times of much global change, the perspective that LBL can give is more important than ever.  With a light heart and some humor in the mix, I enjoy working with my clients to learn about life, love and purpose.

By returning to this Sanctuary daily or whenever you choose, you can get answers you can trust from your Inner Wisdom Team about next steps in your life.

I am a life-long metaphysician and graduate of the University of Metaphysical Sciences. Ordained by the Wisdom of the Heart Church and practitioner of Light Body Meditation, I hold numerous certifications including that of holistic counselor, via the American Society of Alternative Therapists. Graduate of the world-renowned, Hypnotherapy Training Institute, I qualified as a Master Regression Specialist in 2003. My experience as a Grief Support Counselor with hospice and as an Advocate for Survivors of Domestic Violence, inspired my desire to help people awaken to their true identity – their soul identity – as a means for understanding and healing difficult Earth challenges. Thus, enabling people to have an enlightened overview of who they really are as the sum total of their essence, and living elegantly within that expanded space.
