I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic Life Coach, Regression Specialist, Life Between Lives Hypnotherapist, and Yoga Instructor, who specializes in meditation-based practices. I grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and I have spent many years since college traveling the world volunteering and working. After that I moved to the beautiful town of Telluride, Colorado where I spent many years building a strong foundation in my practitioner practice. My husband and I have recently moved to Santa Catalina, Panama for half the year, and we are hosting retreats a few times a year and my business has moved to part-time online when I am in Panama and in-person when I am in Phoenix, Arizona. My mission is to help you enjoy life free from stress, anxiety, and other common ailments. I promote a healthy, abundant, and joyous outlook on life.

Her lifetime studies and harvested wisdom, has fueled her passion in wanting to assist people to achieve optimal health and wellness in mind, body and spirit. After a rewarding 30-year nursing career, Gretchen attained certifications as a Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt), Life Between Lives Hypnotherapist, Soulkey® Therapist, Master Soul Coaching® and ThetaHealing® Practitioner, and Reiki Master, along with numerous other modalities that she incorporates in her skillset. Additionally, her continuing intrigue and love of plant medicine has led to even higher success and break-throughs with clients while utilizing Aromatherapy to create powerful shifts and transformations.

The meaning of life is a learning and a journey. During this journey of life, everyone gets different answers to life, so that they can understand the meaning of life and the mission of this life.
