I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic Life Coach, Regression Specialist, Life Between Lives Hypnotherapist, and Yoga Instructor, who specializes in meditation-based practices. I grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and I have spent many years since college traveling the world volunteering and working. After that I moved to the beautiful town of Telluride, Colorado where I spent many years building a strong foundation in my practitioner practice. My husband and I have recently moved to Santa Catalina, Panama for half the year, and we are hosting retreats a few times a year and my business has moved to part-time online when I am in Panama and in-person when I am in Phoenix, Arizona. My mission is to help you enjoy life free from stress, anxiety, and other common ailments. I promote a healthy, abundant, and joyous outlook on life.
